At some point, there was an opening for us to make a bid, and Stacy was determined to make this transaction happen! She negotiated a fair amount with the seller's agent and we finally agreed on a price, and we got the house! Stacy's knowledge of the market trends in the East Chula Vista area was invaluable and helped us determine what it would take to win a bid in the area.
