Welcome to April!
Spring has officially arrived, and with it comes the energy and momentum of the spring selling season. At Ritual Realty, we’re already seeing increased activity and excitement in the market—and we’re here for all of it!
March was a powerful month for our team. We had the opportunity to attend Side by Side, our annual real estate convention in Rancho Mirage. It was an inspiring few days of market insights, industry trends, and connection with top-producing agents from across the country. One of the standout moments was hearing from keynote speaker Jay Shetty, who shared powerful reflections on intention and mindfulness in business—values that deeply align with how we show up for our clients and community.
On a personal note, I also took some time to recharge and attended a women's retreat in the lush jungle of Costa Rica. One of the most memorable moments was hiking through the rainforest to waterfalls—spotting howler monkeys, electric blue butterflies, and even a few (non-threatening!) poisonous frogs along the way. It was a magical reminder of the power of nature, presence, and connection. I came back feeling clear, refreshed, and even more aligned in how I serve my clients and community.
As we step into Q2, we’re proud of the strong start we've had in January, February, and March. Sales are up, we’re working with a wave of incredible buyers and sellers, and the momentum is building.
